Grand Gateway EDA is accepting resumes for a full-time accounting assistant. Successful applications will have excellent data entry skills, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the willingness and ability to learn quickly both as a team player and individually. Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred, and experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Oral and written communication skills are also a must. An Associate’s degree or two years’ relevant experience is preferred.
The position will pay a range of $13.00-$14.00/hr. with an excellent benefit package and room for advancement.

Grand Gateway Economic Development Association (GGEDA) is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Mobility Coordinator. GGEDA’s home office is in Big Cabin however this position’s responsibilities/duties could encompass multiple counties. This position is responsible for the development of a new regional mobility management navigation program that will develop opportunities for the coordination of transportation services for older adults, people with disabilities, veterans, and other members of the riding public. The Mobility Management Program, when developed, will connect potential riders with transportation options. This position requires in-state and occasional out-of-state conference and training travel. Mostly, the mobility manager will be traveling within the identified service area.
This is a full-time job. Salary $38,000-42,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
Identify and establish multi agency partnerships.
Develop a marketing/community awareness program.
Identify strategies for future funding sources.
Identify alternative mobility services.
Develop and present information to community members, businesses, and health services.
Identify unmet mobility needs and develop strategies.
Respond to phone calls/emails/letters.
Attend appropriate conferences, meetings, and trainings as required and appropriate to the position or as assigned by the ODOT statewide mobility manager.
*This list is not exhaustive. Responsibilities and task will be determined by Statewide Mobility Manager and GGEDA Executive Director as needed.
Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in planning, public health, public administration, or another related field preferred.
High school diploma/GED plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
A combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates competency to perform the work may be substituted.
Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and applicable vehicle insurance.

Excellent writing and oral communication skills required. This position will be a first level supervisor to the drivers and dispatchers, a liaison between them and the program director.
