Grand Gateway EDA is seeking a compassionate and organized SiteSupervisor for the AmeriCorps Senior Companion Program. This position supports older adults by connecting them with trained volunteer companions who provide meaningful support and engagement throughout the community.
Position Overview
The Site Supervisor recruits, trains, and supports Senior Companion volunteers while ensuring clients are properly matched and receiving quality services. This role builds strong community partnerships, conducts home visits and assessments, maintains program records, and assists with payroll and reporting functions.
What Weβre Looking For
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
Willingness to travel within assigned counties
Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
A dependable team player passionate about serving seniors

Grand Gateway Economic Development Association is seeking a motivated GIS Data Coordinator to support regional economic development initiatives.
Position Overview
The GIS Data Coordinator identifies, secures, manages, and reports on grant funding that supports infrastructure and economic development projects. This role collects GPS data for community infrastructure assets, digitizes information through GIS mapping, and provides mapping data to communities for planning and development purposes.
The Coordinator works closely with local communities to identify infrastructure needs, prioritize projects, ensure grant compliance, and maximize funding opportunities. This position plays a key role in advancing regional growth through strategic planning and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Full-Time | 14-County Region | Salary $40,000β$46,000 (Based on Education & Experience)
Grand Gateway Economic Development Association (GGEDA), in partnership with Eastern Oklahoma Development District (EODD), is seeking a Regional Economic Recovery Coordinator. This position is funded through a three-year grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration and will remain open until filled.
Position Overview
The Regional Economic Recovery Coordinator works with communities across a 14-county region to strengthen disaster preparedness, economic recovery, and long-term resilience. The Coordinator collaborates with local governments, tribal governments, nonprofits, and business leaders to develop recovery strategies, identify infrastructure and mitigation projects, and secure state and federal grant funding.
Key Responsibilities
Support disaster readiness, recovery planning, and economic resilience initiatives
Prepare and administer state and federal grant applications
Provide technical assistance and build public, private, and nonprofit partnerships
Conduct outreach, public meetings, and educational programs
Maintain required documentation and provide updates to leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in economic or disaster recovery, grant management, or community planning
Familiarity with programs such as CDBG, EDA, FEMA, EPA, or USDA-RD
Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills
Ability to travel within the region as needed
